For the 4th consecutive year the Firehouse Subs Jacksonville Axemen have secured home field for the USA Rugby League Semi Final. The Axemen are proud to be able to deliver on their promise to the fans, the sponsors and the City of Jacksonville, by delivering as much local Rugby League each season as possible.
Heightened awareness from the Rugby League World will be focused on Jacksonville as the Axemen attempt to reach their 3rd National Championship in 4 years.
The Mayor of Jacksonville has been sent a personal invitiation to attend and help celebrate the event.
The incredible talent of Jasmine Rhey will sing the National Anthem live before kickoff.

On August 11 at UNF (Hodges Stadium) the Axemen will face the Washington DC Slayers to try and secure a place in the August 25 National Championship Game that will be played in Boston. The Axemen have secured the “minor premiership” by completing the 2012 regular season undefeated and sit alone at the top of the league table heading into the playoffs.
The gates will open at 4pm for the “Firehouse Subs Southeastern Rugby League Championship” between current champions Daytona Gearheads, and the Jacksonville Hatchets. (The SERL is a three team minor league competition that acts as the feeder system for the Jacksonville Axemen as players attempt to push their way into the Axemens USA Rugby League Team)
The Jacksonville Axe Maidens will perform throughout the afternoon, incredible prizes to we won during the $1 halftime raffle, $1 Bud Light Beer during the entire event, a variety of local celebrities will also be at the venue as special guests, and of course the Axemen will provide all the hard hitting, non-stop, action packed Rugby League you can imagine.
Tom Bush Family of Dealers will have a fantastic Car Display on hand to enjoy as you enter the venue.

Admission is $5 general seating / $8 Chop Zone are with In-Seat Concessions Service
$1 Bid Light Beer for the entire event and in-expensive food concessions
KIDS 12 AND UNDER ARE FREE
SPECIAL VIP SUITE TICKETS – The Axemen have 40 Tickets available in the VIP Suite on top of Hodges Stadium that they are making available to fans.
The Tickets are $35 each and include Beer, Wine, Soda and light food items in the Luxury Suite
